Sports offered at The Charter School of Wilmington

“Meet the Coaches Night” will be held at school before the beginning of each sports
season. The meeting is for parents and athletes. Coaches will be introduced to discuss
their team rules and procedures. They may discuss sign-ups, tryouts, schedules,
commitment and answer questions related to their respective sport.

It is the Parent/Athletes responsibility to have a DIAA physical form on file in
Nurse Karen Micale’s office or the Wellness Center BEFORE the first day of practice.
The exam must be done after May 1st for it to be applicable for the upcoming sports
seasons. A physical exam of this type MUST be done each year for sports eligibility.
