Dear Senior Parents,
Welcome to your teen’s senior year at the Charter School of Wilmington! In an effort to make the senior research project progress more smoothly, we ask you to please take the time to review the project requirements, policies, guidelines and due dates with your teen. After you have done this together, please print out a copy, sign and return the letter to your teen’s homeroom teacher on September 19, 2007.
Please refer to the senior research web site for all information on due dates and requirements for each checkpoint. Due dates are also published on the school calendar.
Please check your teen’s progress regularly on K12 Planet. You will see the senior research checkpoints grades along with your child’s other class grades. There is no reason for any surprises at interims or the end of the marking period especially since senior research is a graduation requirement.
