Senior Social
The 6th annual Senior Social will once again be held at the Hockessin Memorial Hall on Friday, December 12, 2008 from 7pm to 11pm. The Senior Social celebrates the Senior Class and their last four years at The Charter School of Wilmington. The event is closed to members of Charter’s Senior Class only. DRESS Dress for the Senior Social is semi-formal, much like the Homecoming dance. PROGRAM Senior Council presents Senior Superlatives, while games (air hockey, pool tables, video games, etc.) and dancing complete the evening’s festivities. Seniors will also receive a gift bag containing their Senior Class T-shirts and a special gift. MENU The Senior Social is catered by the Hockessin Memorial Hall and is buffet in style. A soda and water bar will be open for the entire evening. The menu for the evening consists of the following: Salad, Rolls, Roasted Turkey Breast with Dressing, Stuffed Shells, Corn, Vegetable Medley, Mashed Potatoes, Dessert. TICKETS Tickets will be on sale starting Wednesday, November 12. The cost is $40 on Wednesday, November 12 and on Thursday, November 13. On Friday, November 14, tickets will be sold for $42 and will then be $45 from the second week and beyond. The last day to purchase tickets is Friday, December 5. TABLE SEATING Seniors sit at tables of ten. Forms for table seating assignments can be found here, and are due Friday, December 5. DIRECTIONS AND PARKING FOR MEMORIAL HALL Parking is plentiful.
