The Delaware Charter Schools Network surprised Craig Aukamp, our Athletic Trainer/Paraprofessional, during a study hall in September. He was named a finalist in the state Educational Support Professional of the Year contest! Craig Aukamp is the ultimate team player. He is exceptional at balancing the multiple roles he holds at CSW as our Athletic Trainer and a paraprofessional. Craig also teaches and makes sure his students are exposed to real-world experiences by arranging visits to the University of Delaware Athletic Complexes. He gets our student-athletes back on the field and on the courts after an injury and is also an assistant swimming coach.
